When the award-winning actress had a chat with PEP recently, she was asked about her Christmas plans. Says Judy Ann Santos, “We’ll have the traditional Noche Buena. I don’t know if I’ll have the time to cook kasi I’ll be coming from the Metro Manila Filmfest parade, e. The whole day, pagod tiyak. Kaya malamang niyan, warak na warak na naman ang sistema ko. Hindi na naman ako makakapagluto.” But during times when her schedule allows, Judy Ann Santos really spends time cooking.
At ang mga madalas nyang niluluto? “It really depends anong mood ko that day. Kasi sometimes, like if I see crabs, I buy crabs and then cook it. If I see shrimps, I buy shrimps and then cook it. When I’m in the mood naman to cook pasta, usually seafood and niluluto ko. But as much as possible I try to avoid yung mga cream sauce, kasi mas high ang calories nun, e. Fattening. So pag pasta, I use red sauce na tomato-based, kaya pesto. Pero hangga’t maaari, chili and garlic lang,” ang sagot ng aktres. O ayan ha, ang sikreto ni Juday kung bakit slim and fit pa rin sya kahit laging nagluluto! =)
